Built on Material Knowledge. Connected Through Trade.
Materials engineering, carefully evaluated sources, and international trade experience—brought together to connect producers with the right markets.
Two Kinds of Experience. One Shared Direction.
TEPSA grew out of a practical idea: bring international trade experience closer to the people who know materials and their sources.
Our founding team brings together 15 years of experience in international trade and materials engineering with more than 25 years of industrial sourcing experience. These complementary backgrounds connect an understanding of technical requirements with longstanding relationships across producers, mines and industrial plants.
Good Sourcing Starts Before the Quotation.
A specification tells us what a customer needs. Finding the right source takes more: comparing producers, examining samples, and understanding the conditions behind each offer.
We work with multiple sources, evaluate samples through analysis, and visit factories and mines periodically. This helps us assess technical suitability alongside commercial terms. Where appropriate, we develop supplier agreements and export representation partnerships, giving producers a structured route to new customers.
Knowing the Source. Understanding the Market.
Our experience across India, Türkiye and the CIS has taught us that a suitable product is only the starting point. Trade also depends on understanding how customers buy, what they need to verify, and how relationships are maintained after the first order.
We combine sourcing knowledge with a dedicated marketing team and agents in these markets, alongside connections in Italy and Canada. These relationships support direct communication, local follow-up and market development—helping Iranian producers reach overseas customers and foreign companies explore opportunities in Iran.
Our Next Chapter: Closer to Producers. Closer to Customers.
TEPSA began by importing materials for industry and has since developed a stronger focus on exports. Our next step is to deepen both sides of that work: become a trusted sourcing partner for materials from Iran and build lasting representation partnerships with established international manufacturers.
We are developing market-entry services for companies entering Iran or reassessing their local representation, while helping Iranian producers grow abroad. Our plans also include focused industry workshops and small B2B exhibitions, bringing selected suppliers and buyers together around specific technical needs and commercial opportunities.
Let’s Start with Your Material or Your Market.
Tell us what you need to source, where you want to sell, or which market you are considering. We’ll discuss the requirements, assess where we can contribute, and agree on a practical next step.
